"Carrying the Greek's Heir" [One Night With Consequences Series, Book 8] by Sharon Kendrick

Author's Book Description : Pregnant with the billionaire's baby!

From the moment hardworking Ellie Brooks met mogul Alek Sarantos her life has gone off the rails. First she was fired. Now she's pregnant with the ruthless Greek's baby!

It was only supposed to be one wild, passionate night. Yet when Ellie shows up demanding Alek legitimize their unborn child, he shocks himself...and agrees to her outrageous request!

Catapulted into a world she wasn't meant for, with a husband she shouldn't desire, Ellie's resolve wavers. Until a tiny kick from within reminds her why she made a deal with this handsome devil: her baby, his heir...

When one night...leads to pregnancy!

My Book Review : 4 out of 5 stars! Two lost souls find each other in an unexpected way and become committed to one another because of an unexpected baby. But will fate be enough to keep them together or will their stubbornness get the better of them both?

Based on the other reviews I read I wasn't sure I would like/appreciate this novel, but I ended up really liking it!! It has an intensity about it that I thoroughly enjoyed. In addition, it made me not want to put the novel down and not want to give up my hope that Alek was a "good guy." Yet what I really liked was how Alek and Ellie come together in their relationship. It was sweet, dramatic, and well plotted out.

I recommend this novel to those who like reading unexpected baby romances!

Book Teaser(s) :
He told himself that things weren't really that different. Why should it bother him so much that he and Ellie were now back in separate rooms?
He still went to work each morning just the way he'd always done, although Ellie had taken to sleeping late these days instead of joining him for tea before he went to the office. At least, he was assuming she was sleeping. She might have been wide awake, doing naked yoga moves as the sun rose for all he knew. Or submerging her rapidly growing bump beneath a bath filled to the brim with sensual bubbles. He had no idea what went on behind her bedroom door once it was closed, although he'd fantasised about it often enough. Hell, yes. ~ within Chapter 13
